SupaTarot Terms of Service

SupaTarot is an AI-based entertainment and self-reflection service that uses tarot symbolism to help you sort through your thoughts and options. It does not provide medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or investment advice, and it makes no guarantees about the future.
1. Purpose and operator
These terms set out the conditions for using the SupaTarot web service, apps, and related services provided by Suparain, Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users. Contact: help@suparain.com
2. Eligibility and accounts
- In Korea, the service is available only to those aged 19 or older. Elsewhere, it is available only to adults, and the age rating shown in the app store applies.
- You must create your account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are not merged automatically, even when Apple, Google, and email sign-in resolve to the same address. They are linked only after the existing account has been re-authenticated.
- Using another person's account, bypassing authentication, automated abuse, and anything that harms the stability of the service are prohibited.
3. The nature of the AI reading
AI responses can be wrong, and a card interpretation is not a statement of fact. For urgent danger, or for medical, legal, or financial decisions, consult the appropriate authority or a qualified professional. The Company does not present the reader as a human expert or as a spiritual being.
4. Passes and payment
For paid products, the price, duration, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions shown on the purchase screen and by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider take precedence. Passes follow the channel, period, and usage conditions shown at purchase. Statutory rights of withdrawal and refund are not restricted by these terms.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the service interface, software, characters, compiled works, and content produced by the Company belong to the Company or the rightful owner. You may not copy, distribute, or sell them beyond personal use, and you may not reverse engineer the model or the service.
6. Changes, interruption, and account closure
Parts of the service may change or stop where required for security, maintenance, incidents, the law, or an external platform's policy. The Company gives notice before or after the fact, to the extent reasonably possible. You may request deletion of your account; the minimum records the law requires us to keep are stored separately and then destroyed.
7. Liability and disputes
The Company is liable under applicable law to the extent of its intent or negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court having jurisdiction under those laws. Where a provision of these terms conflicts with applicable law, it does not apply to that extent. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
8. Changes to these terms
We announce material changes in the service in advance, with the effective date and the reason. Material changes that disadvantage users follow the period and method required by applicable law.

This English text is provided for users outside Korea. If the Korean and English texts differ, the Korean text governs.
